Blue birds with long beaks pick at the pinon cones still clinging to the trees.
Smaller blue breasted birds recently appeared to compete.
Elk are jumping fences.
Coyotes yip, yip, yip and howl. They are close. Too close.
Dogs bark.
Maybe spring will come early this year.

Annual Meetings are held for the purpose of the election of Directors. Given the current Covid restrictions in New Mexico, conducting an in person annual meeting is still unlawful, and quarantine mandates create additional difficulties for out-of-state Owners.
However, the necessity to elect Directors has not diminished.
