The purpose of the Association being organized is to provide for the maintenance of the roads within and serving Blue Hills Ranch, a subdivision, located in Catron County, New Mexico, to enforce the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Subdivision and to promote the health, safety. and welfare of the residents within the subdivision.

BHRLOA Members are encouraged to volunteer.

Roads

The BHRLOA was incorporated to provide for the maintenance of the roads within and serving 
Blue Hills Ranch Subdivision.

Road Maintenance is performed by an outside contractor.

Board Meetings

Board of Directors meetings are scheduled for the second Saturday of each month
 at 10 am.  
Location may change and meetings may be cancelled.
RSVP required. 

Pie Fest

Pie Town's Pie-Fest is held in September each year.
